Need advice for making my deck more consistant

I'm brewing an Esika/Prismatic Bridge commander deck. I playtested it a bit and it wasn't very consistent. I went for a god tribal/enchantment deck but now im not sure if those two themes go well with each other. Any advice would be much appreciated
