Help with an odd EDH deck

Ok, so this deck focuses on Maze's End as it's sole wincon. It's not meant to be good but I want to get it as good as I can. My budget is about $100-130, and this deck is even stretching that. If anyone has suggestions, I'd appreciate it. Thanks!
